As an independent, professional hair and makeup artist who is typically serving clients during business hours, I am rarely available for phone calls or texts. During appointments, the client in my chair is priority and I don't answer my phone.
I communicate with clients via email or the requests forms listed below and under the appointments tab. This allows me to keep all of my client communication in one place so details don't get missed or forgotten.
During the week, you can expect a response to your email within 24- 48 hours. Emails sent on the weekend will receive a response during the following work week.
